Island of Eternal Spring

Tenerife is also an island of thousands of experiences that can be done in every season thanks to the mild climate and the wide range of activities on the largest of the seven Canary Islands surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean.

Enjoy a day at the beach, walk some of the trails that lead through the lush forests, discover the local volcanoes and breathtaking landscapes and impressive gorges and cliffs. Dream under the endless starry sky in good company or fulfill your dream of seeing whales and dolphins swimming in the wild.

Weather

Tenerife is located at the same latitude as the Sahara. Thus, it has two main types of weather, namely warm and dry weather, thanks to the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf Stream and the warm front. The temperatures are similar to those in the south of Spain, so mild and ideal for a year-round holiday. Average water temperature is between 18° and 23°. Rainy days tend to come in winter, and long-lasting cloudbursts are a real exception. The snow line starts at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level, and on the tops of the highest mountains we can observe a permanent snow cover. The main tourist season occurs in the autumn, winter and early spring months.
